Just wondering if my machines with OpenCL 1.2 would crunch faster if OpenCL 2.1 support was installed. edit: I'm a novice regarding drivers and OpenCL, so apologies if this is a dumb question. No, the program runs the same code for all OpenCL versions. It does matter however how old GPU drivers are.
