I found this site by finding the Gridcoin faucet and saw that it actually produces a real currency that bittrex accepts as a real deposit. Then I saw that you can actually generate more Gridcoin by doing these project contributions. I've been running this Amicable Numbers on 2 PC's for about 24 hours now and have generated a good amount of points. How do they get back to the main Gridcoin site so they get credited?

This is my first full day doing this.

I didn't get into the details, all I know is that you need to run Gridcoin software on your PC that runs BOINC: https://gridcoin.us/Guides/boinc-install.htm

assuming you dont already have a 4 figure amount of gridcoin, you will need to join the pool (google for the gridcoin pool and follow the instructions on their setup videos). if you do have already have at least 1k grc (though the generally recommended amount is 2-5k), simply join team gridcoin ( https://sech.me/boinc/Amicable/team_display.php?teamid=1806 ), fully unlock your wallet and send a beacon (in the wallet client under help -> debug window -> console -> enter "advertisebeacon" without quotation marks, but wait until 1 day after your RAC for team gridcoin reaches the 4 digits) and then just keep your wallet client running in the background either fully unlocked or unlocked for staking only (i recommend the latter). you will get payed once you stake a block, which is luck based and more likely the more GRC you have and can take a couple of days or possibly weeks with a low 4 figure amount, but as long as you stake at least once every 6 months you will get payed everything you're owed. mind, staking to get paid is only required if you crunch solo; you dont need to keep your wallet running if you're joining the pool, which will pay out daily. unfortunately only credits earned for team gridcoin (or the pool) will count and keep in mind we use RAC to determine who is owed what, so the first week or two your earnings will be low, especially the first few days.
