I have an AMD FirePro V7900 GPU, on a Windows 10 x64, with the latest drivers (15.201.2401.1010 released on 2/16/2017).
This PS is in a dual GPU configuration, with an GTX960, but I don't want to use the nVidia card on that machine (not yet).
Well, looking at the GPU-Z sensors, it seems that the ATI works in very short bursts of 100%, followed by long pauses (seconds). The fan is spinning at 45% of rpm's.

Any idea what could cause that behavior?
