Try to remove the project from your BOINC client, then manually delete folder C:\ProgramData\BOINC\projects\sech.me_boinc_Amicable and then attach to the project again. I've removed 1 CPU from the list in project preferences, so it's impossible to select 1 CPU now. I've also added a warning there: https://sech.me/boinc/Amicable/prefs.php?subset=project P.S.
