New account created by accident

Recently I finished a new task, but it appears that I was connected to another account that was created by mistake. I would like to know if there is a way to fix this. More information: 1) The other account has one task finished, this one has one finished and one awaiting someone to double-check (I'm still pretty new) 2) I can connect to both accounts, so that's not an issue.
