Not seeing much difference between 21 or 23 Kernel size for NVIDIA GPUs. I'm running two Xeon E5-2697 V2 set to use at most 75%. My GPU's, GTX 1080 FE, are practically idling at load of 17% per GPU-Z. Any thoughts?
