1) Message boards : Bug tracker : Amicable is running while I use my PC (Message 1646) Posted 20 Feb 2023 by Nexus Post: When I close it with Task Manager it instantly reopens and begins consuming resources until my CPU is at 100% and my PC is unusable. This started a couple of weeks ago and seems to happen in the evening as if a timer is starting it at maybe 10 pm instead of when I go to bed and my PC is idle. If I end the BOINC process entirely it won't happen but then I have to remember to restart it before I call it a night, which I don't.
