Post: GPU version is limited by CPU now, so it's not correct to compare two powerful GPUs here. You're basically comparing CPUs. So taking 4 to 6 hours is normal now for tasks to complete? Should we Disable HT or SMT on our Processors? What should we now set Kernel size for NVIDIA GPUs to? GTX 1080 Ti and RTX 2080 Ti that is? Is only a Coin Project now? |

Post: The bottleneck is prime sieving at this stage because it's done on CPU. The only solution is to run as many tasks per GPU as possible - reduce kernel size to fit more tasks. Thanks and good to know, but a little odd. Why are the tasks not just ran on the CPUs? |

Post: That's definitely not an e-mail sent by the project. Check "From: " field again. It must have been someone else - free-dc.org, signature.statseb.fr or some other BOINC stats tracking site. You should ask them to fix this. Notice came from stats @ statseb.fr All Notices come from this email from what I have seen over the Years. It might just be this one https://signature.statseb.fr/img/badge/amic_10000.png

Post: For me the "Top 1%", "Top 5%" and "Top 25%" badges really are not Project but only BOINC badges. I like running Programs to collected Badge to place on my BOINC Banner and the ones you a referencing are give only when running a project. Then in turn shows no past and in turn to goal to the next badge, call it a payment in a since for the Elect Cost. This is where we like to see Badges  Thanks for any thing that this Project may come up with, you have a lot of members that also make badges for other BOINC Projects so someone may chime in. |
